• Orders are processed within processing time, 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to Bangladesh.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may return items within 7 days] from the date of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at connect@rahiwell.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over amount, INR 50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs.
