Shipping Policy

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes estimated delivery time, e.g., 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

Orders are processed within processing time, 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to Bangladesh.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 7 days] from the date of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at connect@rahiwell.in with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over amount, INR 50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping and return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
